Job description 

As part of a large transformational project with a local client of ours, we require a ServiceNow Consultant to bolster the delivery capabilities of our current project team.

The position will be on a contract basis.

Responsibilities: 

• Work closely with the Sales team on pre-sales, sometimes visiting prospective customer sites to assist with requirements gathering alongside other members of the delivery team
• Although rare, you may be required to demonstrate certain pieces of functionality to prospective and existing customers
• Deliver the project within the time and budgetary timeframes set out by the delivery manager
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide value-added ServiceNow solutions to complex real-world problems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow and related technologies, providing guidance and expertise to both business and technology teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant.
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development, including customization, Scripting and integration.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with the client and internal teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is advantageous.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
