Job description
As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will be taking on a range of responsibilities from presales to technical delivery. Marketing Cloud is a growing focus for Art of Cloud and as such there is a huge amount of scope to grow yourself professionally within the role.
Responsibilities of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant:
- Work closely with the Sales team on pre-sales, sometimes visiting prospective customer sites to assist with requirements gathering alongside other members of the delivery team
- Although rare, you may be required to demonstrate certain pieces of functionality to prospective and existing customers
- Act as a delivery lead for purely SFMC projects and coordinate yourself and other team members to ensure the project is a success
- Deliver the project within the time and budgetary timeframes set out by the delivery manager
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide value-added Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to complex real-world problems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies, providing guidance and expertise to both business and technology teams.
- Design, build, and implement customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique goals and challenges.
- Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions to drive maximum value.
Requirements:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (Admin, Consultant & Email)
- Marketing Cloud Account Engagement beneficial
- SFMC Developer Cert hugely beneficial
- Minimum 2 Years of Marketing Cloud Experience
- Agency background beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
