Residential Project Manager – Rochdale
Salary: Ranging from £35,000 + per annum (dependent upon experience) plus benefits (see below)

Main Role of the Residential Project Manager (not limited to):
- Production of design drawings for Residential and from time-to-time Commercial Automatic Sprinkler Installations, and associated procurement.
- Production of design hydraulic calculations for Residential projects.
- Project Management of the entire project and supervision of engineers & projects within the assigned labour team.
- Attending site and undertaking audits and inspections of onsite works and ensuring completion of works as per the design standards produced.
- Assisting and advising site engineers where required with all audits and general site issues
- Attend Contract Handover meetings with the Sales Team Members.
- Identify/update & communicate design issues, i.e. drawing standards, non- conforming issues etc. to the line manager.
- Check design quantities against tender quantities and raise any anomalies with Commercial and Estimating.
The Ideal Skills of the Residential Project Manager:
- Experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail and ability to apply analytical thinking in problem solving.
- Experience of working within a customer facing role, and able to build strong customer relationships.
- Able to work under pressure and to a high standard.
- Excellent communication/customer facing skills.
- Disciplined and organised.
- Able to work on own initiative, unsupervised, but also contribute to an effective team.
- Full driving licence (min 12 months driving experience).
