The Insurance Technician role
Responsibility for handling the processing and collection of our client’s invoices
Market identification, electronic broking via ECF, CLASS & IMR
Liaising with Underwriters/ Clients to resolve queries
Preparing and submitting paper file presentations where necessary
Client meetings and entertaining
Providing reports, forecasts, and preparation for client meetings
Proficient use of the Microsoft Office package is essential
Strong time management skills required
Experience and Skills of the Insurance Technician
This role will ideally suit an experienced claims professional with knowledge of the London market. The individual must be willing to learn, be self-motivated, able to work on their own initiative and work confidently as part of a team. Full training will be provided and CII studies will be paid for.
