Salary: £38,000 + benefits

The HSQE Advisor role
Due to the continued expansion of our business, we are now looking to employ an HSQE Advisor to join our team working in the Telecommunications and the Civil Engineering sector. This specific sector involves working with many different clients in various industries.
In your role you will be a member of the larger C-Plan team that provides leadership and support from a legal and moral perspective ensuring that we deliver projects safely, to the highest of standards, compliant with UK laws, regulations, best industry practice and acceptable industry standards.
Additional Information about the HSQE Advisor role
- You will be based out of the C-Plan Head Office at Errigal House, 8 Clifton View, East Mains Industrial Estate, Broxburn EH52 5NE,
- Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday, flexible working arrangements to be agreed,
- Membership of a chartered organisation: IOSH, other HSQE Memberships – Full CPD support (One Membership paid)
- Preferred membership of IEMA: this can be developed if the right candidate is not a member,
- Core qualifications H&S: NEBOSH qualified, NVQ Level 5 preferred – NEBOSH Dip or equivalent preferred – Other related NVQ-SVQ/technical qualifications,
- ISO: Have auditing competence in relation to 45001:2018 – 9001:2015 – 14001:2015 – Achilles and safe contractor accreditations,
- Skills cards: CSCS relating to the above qualifications – EUSR telecoms/power (training provided)
- NRSWA Training: Is an advantage, this can be supplied as a part of onboarding.
- Computer literate: Be competent in using Microsoft packages, Sharepoint system software,
- Carry out your duties in line with UK laws, C-Plan Policy, Procedure, Process and Guidance Documents,
- Full driving licence and authorised to drive/work in the UK,
