Salary: £35,000 + benefits (see below)

About the HR Manager role

Due to the continued development of our business, we are now looking to employ an HR Manager to lead our Team from a Human Resources management perspective.

In your role you will be a member of the larger C-Plan team that provides leadership and support from a legal and moral perspective ensuring that we deliver projects safely, to the highest of standards, compliant  with UK laws, regulations, best industry practice and acceptable industry standards.

Key responsibilities

  • As a part of a larger team, responsible and accountable for providing HR Management for C-Plan limited
  • Effectively Manager HR support staff
  • Ensure financial discipline
  • Recruitment process management
  • As a part of a team manage employee relations
  • As a part of a team, Monitor/audit compliance with HR policy and procedures


Experience of the HR Manager role

  • Membership of a recognised HR organisation is preferred, CIPD personal CPD
  • Solid knowledge of general administrative processes
  • Solid knowledge of HR principles, processes, and procedures
  • Good understanding of organisational business processes and procedures
  • Solid knowledge of relevant organisational policies
  • Excellent understanding of key business plans
  • Hold relevant qualifications to satisfy the role, HR Certification, recognised higher nationals, diploma, undergraduate/postgraduate with certification
