Front-End Developer – Warrington (hybrid role)

Package
Basic Salary – £35,000 – £45,000
Holidays – Starting at 21 days, plus Bank holidays growing year on year via service
Hours – Offering a flexible 5 day working week, with some flexibility on start and finish times, with an anticipated 38 hours per week minimum
Location – This role offers an excellent opportunity to work from home, with on average 2-3 days based out of our offices in Warrington. If you preferred to be office based, this too would be available
Responsibilities of the Front-End Developer role to include:
Working closely with our designers, taking their ideas and turning these into reality, and offering your own ideas that support and grow the user experience
Collaborating with the back-end developers to improve performance
To optimise our website and enhance our speed
Building new features for both our website and dashboards
Maintaining legacy systems, as we support changes to new systems, to enable a seamless flow for all parties
Experience is a must for this role, we are looking for the ideal candidate to have the appropriate experience and have a keen eye for design and detail. You will have a proven track record of supplying growth and supporting colleagues in previous roles with the ability to bring this experience and knowledge to Heatable. Additional experience required is –
3 years experience working within frameworks
2 years experience working as a Next.js developer
In-depth knowledge of Tailwind CSS and Typescript
Familiar with RESTful API’s
GIT experience
This exciting role will offer the right candidate an ability to ensure the alignment of web design and user experience requirements, optimising web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages for the Heatable brand.
In addition, you will also work as part of a team alongside back-end developers, graphic designers, to help ensure all elements of web creation are considered. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, that you will be able to demonstrate via your past roles and experience.
