Due to continued growth across all sectors of the company, we are looking for a new member of the team. This person will work closely with other members of staff including the directors, to deliver our projects across Yorkshire.

The Contracts Manager Role
As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of a construction project on site are organised and executed correctly and efficiently. This role requires a great deal of organisation, communication and problem solving, as well as the ability to read drawings and manage people on site.
You will be required to use our systems and processes and work efficiently with the rest of the team at all levels. Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be vital in the role as you build relationships with sub-contractors, suppliers, architects, building control and other members of the construction team.
The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks and be organised to ensure successful completion of projects. You will support on projects through the planning and build phases, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency throughout the process. Once completed, you will lead the handover to the lettings team.
Responsibilities:
Manage a variety of projects to ensure they are carried out on budget and programme.
Ensure the standards, procedures and health & safety underpinning construction are followed strictly.
To work in tandem with the Project Manager and construction team to deliver our projects to the highest standard possible.
Read drawings, produce material take-offs and sub contractor scopes.
Co-ordinate and build relationships with building control, architects and engineers to ensure project compliance and quality.
