About Us

Affinity packaging has been on a fantastic journey – growing from being a local, family run packaging manufacturer to a nationally recognised carton supplier with an envious selection of machinery available to our customers. We’re unique in the UK in that we can supply the full range of a customer’s portfolio – large and small format so we can supply the full portfolio range, as well as digital printing through our sister company.

With this growth, we are looking to grow our sales team by adding a new business specialist. If you’ve worked in packaging before that would help, but much more important is having a hunger to be out meeting potential new customers face to face to win long term business.

What’s in it for you

• A base salary of £30,000 – £40,000 + commission
• Car or car allowance
• Hybrid working – we’d ask you come on to site (Leyland) 2 days a week so you can keep close to the rest of the teams.

It’s not about micromanagement – its about results. And it’s not about winning one off orders – we want customers to stay with us for the long term, so we want you to not only bring them on board but also be a point of contact whilst they settle into a way of working with our internal sales team.

You’ll have the support of the incredibly experienced senior leadership team who know the packaging market, and have high standards throughout the business. This trust in the SLT is shown by the level of investment made recently by the owners of the business – you’re going to be part of a growing business that is clear in its goals and direction of growth.
