Brand Executive – Remote (home-based with UK travel)

Salary: £27,500 – £32,500, depending on experience + benefits

18 month fixed-term contract (3-month trial period), full-time, flexible, 4-day week (not pro-rata; results-based role)

The Brand Executive role

Brand Organic is looking to hire an approachable and organised Brand Executive to work across our portfolio of brands, helping them to plan and execute B2B marketing strategies within the natural and organic independent retail sector, as well as monitoring and reporting the results on a monthly basis.

As well as working with brands, any candidate may also be required to work on ad-hoc projects as part of the wider Brand Organic portfolio. There is a clear development path in place for the role should the candidate excel. .

The varied role would include, but not be limited to:

  • Planning and executing go-to-market and market growth strategies within the natural, organic & independent retail sectors, including B2B promotional calendars and marketing campaigns.

  • Assessing new routes for the products and building trade decks relevant to the UK market.

  • Maintaining relationships with the marketing departments of retailers and wholesalers within the natural and independent channel.

  • Attendance at both foreign and domestic trade shows, where required.

  • Acting as a point of contact for the brand/client (often overseas based), building relationships and understanding their needs and expectations

  • Managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI on activities

Experience, Skills and Qualifications of the Brand Executive

Essential:

  • Confidence in conversation

  • Strong command of spoken and written English (any qualifications in this field would be desirable)

  • Attention to detail and an ability to multi-task

  • Previous retail and/or distribution and/or marketing experience is essential, preferably within the natural and organic channel

Desirable:

  • Previously working with organic products and/or brands would also be a plus

  • Fluency in other languages, specifically EU (e.g. German, French, Spanish, Italian etc) would be viewed extremely favourably.

  • Good understanding of iOS or Windows, Excel/Google Sheets and/or Photoshop/Canva would be advantageous

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is also preferable as some domestic travel will be necessary, with all expenses reimbursed.
