Architectural Technologist – Sheffield, UK
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + benefits (see below)
We are seeking a talented and driven Architectural Technologist to join our team in Sheffield. As the Consultancy and Development Lead, this truly is an excellent chance to show your entrepreneurial spirit as you will play a pivotal role in running the consultancy side of our business, overseeing projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities of the Architectural Technologist:
Manage and lead the consultancy, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Business Development – use your creative flair to create your own work
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative architectural solutions.
Utilise CAD software to produce accurate drawings and technical documentation.
Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for project development.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and quality standards.
Assisting with land sourcing and technical negotiations
Requirements of the Architectural Technologist:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the architectural consultancy and/or new build housing development
Microsoft office suite of products experience (word, excel etc)
Knowledge of the planning process and such applications along with associate consultants
Strategic land appraisal schemes experience advantageous but not essential
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
