Main Role of the Labour Coordinator (not limited to):
- Overall responsibility for engineers scheduling & planning / workload / holiday rota to ensure sufficient labour and resources are available.
- Achieving Targets (monitoring of KPI Performance relevant to role)
- Ensuring engineers jobs are scheduled in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Ensuring engineers jobs are planned and scheduled in advance to accommodate changes and emergencies.
- Assign labour for emergency callouts.
- Enter engineers’ timesheets data onto the correct maintenance jobs on construction manager.
- Work with the Servicing Administrators for booking in scheduled Pre Planned Maintenance
- Work with Service Key Accounts for the pre-booking for larger contracts, projects, and tasks
- Provide reports / feedback via Management when required.
- Provide assistance and support to team colleagues within the department.
- Populate the Servicing Due list and distribute to relevant persons (Renewals and Administrators)
- Liaise with the repairs department for labour requirement for repairs and in booking in repairs.
- Create and maintain a good working relationship with engineers.
- Schedule Service Supervisor works for Audits, Surveys Training etc.

- Experience working within a customer-facing role, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Able to work under pressure and to a high standard.

- Able to work on own initiative, unsupervised, but also contribute to an effective team.
